Host Your Event at The Reserve 

3-hour Event:

Perfect for a birthday party, dinner party, shower, or workshop. Includes private use of the space (including conference room) for 3 hours, use of task tables, table covers, and chiavari event chairs. Deposit of $200 due to reserve your date. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date. Remainder of the rental fee is due the Monday prior to your event date. Rental price does not include event set-up or returning tables/chairs to storage.

Full Day Event

Available on Saturday or Sunday (only) for longer events or gatherings with elaborate decor/set-up. Reservation includes use of the space including conference room, 10- task tables, table covers, and chiavari event chairs. Deposit of $500 is due to reserve your date. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date. Remainder of the rental fee is due the Monday prior to your event date. Rental price does not include event set-up or returning tables/chairs to storage.

Event Setup

We can set up the space for your event with our tables, chairs, table covers, and fresh floral arrangements. Just show up and enjoy your gathering! We can also coordinate catering, gift boxes, party favors, dinnerware, and service staff for an additional fee.

Reserve the Conference Room

$70/hr with minimum of 2 hour rental after 5 pm weekdays or on weekends. The conference room comfortably seats 10 and has a smart TV for sharing slideshows or video-- for events from a board meeting to a craft night.
